Unused and unopened products may be eligible for a return request within 30 days of delivery.
To request a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please contact us before sending any item back. Include your order number and the reason for your request.
After reviewing your request, our team will provide return instructions. Do not send products to the manufacturer or to any address not provided by Jarinnyae INC.
After the returned product is received and reviewed, we will notify you whether the return is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with the order.
